GEMSTONES

Our jewelry features carefully selected precious and semi-precious gemstones chosen for their color, character, and beauty. Because gemstones are naturally delicate, we recommend avoiding impacts, harsh chemicals, and prolonged exposure to water to help preserve their beauty over time.

925 STERLING SILVER

Sterling silver may naturally darken over time due to humidity, skin pH, or daily wear. A polishing cloth easily restores its shine.

GOLD VERMEIL

A thick layer of gold over sterling silver, offering a refined golden finish with a higher-quality base than standard gold plating. To preserve its appearance, avoid water, perfumes, lotions, chemicals, and friction.

GOLD FILLED

A durable material with a thick layer of gold bonded to its surface. With proper care, it can maintain its color and beauty for many years.

STAINLESS STEEL

Durable, hypoallergenic, and resistant to corrosion. The gold-tone version has a deeper, more muted yellow hue than solid gold and does not chip or flake easily.

GOLD PLATED

Best suited for occasional wear. To preserve its finish, avoid water, perfume, lotions, friction, and alcohol-based products.

CORD NECKLACES

Our signature cords are handcrafted to be adjustable. Always adjust the necklace by gently pulling the cord, never the charm or pendant, as excessive force may damage the piece.

Store each piece individually in its pouch or jewelry box. Wipe gently with a soft microfiber cloth after wearing. Avoid perfume, lotions, alcohol-based products, and harsh chemicals. We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $250 within the United States and Puerto Rico.

All orders ship from Florida, USA. Each piece is carefully packaged and prepared for its journey to you.

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 3–7 business days, often sooner. Once your order ships, delivery is handled by the carrier, and the estimated arrival time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. Tracking information will be provided by email.

Please note that carrier transit times may vary during holidays and other high-volume shipping periods.

Easy Returns and Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your Georgina Nicol purchase. Return or exchange requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unaltered, in the same condition as received, and returned in their original Georgina Nicol packaging.

Please email info@georginanicol.com for return or exchange requests. We’ll provide a return shipping label for your convenience. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges, if paid, are non-refundable.

If the return is due to an error on our part, return shipping is complimentary.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and order size.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
