PROCESSING & SHIPPING

All Georgina Nicol orders ship from Florida, USA. Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 3–7 business days, often sooner. Made-to-order pieces follow the production timeframe noted on their individual product page.

We offer complimentary standard shipping on orders over $250 within the United States and Puerto Rico. Available shipping options and rates are shown at checkout.

DELIVERY

Once your order ships, delivery is handled by the carrier, and the estimated arrival time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier volume, holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen delays. Georgina Nicol is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or other circumstances outside of our control.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to you.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

If you need to make a change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@georginanicol.com. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, address changes or redirects will need to be arranged directly with the carrier.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can assist you with the next steps. Once your order is in transit, delivery is handled by the carrier, and any applicable claims are subject to the carrier’s policies.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and order size.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs duties, import taxes, and other fees paid directly to customs authorities or carriers are not collected or refunded by Georgina Nicol.
