Return and Refund Policy

Return or exchange requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unaltered, in the same condition as received, and returned in their original Georgina Nicol packaging.

To request a return or exchange, please email us at info@georginanicol.com. For returns within the United States and Puerto Rico, we’ll provide a return shipping label for your convenience. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges, if paid, are non-refundable.

If the return is due to an error on our part, return shipping is complimentary.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns on personalized or customized items, gift cards, or items specifically marked as Final Sale. For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return once worn.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at info@georginanicol.com within 7 days of delivery. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for your desired piece.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund after it has been issued.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Return instructions will be provided once your return request has been approved.

Customs duties, import taxes, and other fees paid directly to customs authorities or carriers are the customer’s responsibility and are not collected or refunded by Georgina Nicol.
