Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. However, due to the handcrafted nature of most of our pieces, processing may occasionally take up to 5 business days—especially during high-demand periods such as Mother’s Day, graduations, First Communions, confirmations, and other special occasions.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

All orders include up to $100 of USPS insurance by default. For purchases exceeding this amount, we recommend adding Route Package Protection at checkout. This optional service provides full coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, as well as real-time tracking and a fast claims process.

At checkout, you’ll see the option to add Route Package Protection to your order. You may choose to include it for added peace of mind, or remove it before completing your purchase.

Please note that once an order has been handed over to the postal service, responsibility for delivery falls under their care. While we are always here to assist, we cannot assume liability for uninsured packages once they leave our studio.
